First Annual Golf Classic
Our First Annual Golf Classic was held at Plum Brook Country Club on Monday, September 11, 2023. The proceeds will be used for the construction of a new medical center and pharmacy at 149 E. Water Street in Sandusky, Ohio. This $4 million project is slated to open in February 2024 and will offer primary care and behavioral health services, a retail pharmacy, and a rooftop for community programming. A portion of the proceeds will be given to local first responders in remembrance of this day in history. A very special thank you to the FOP 17 in helping us all remember 9/11.
Through the collective support of our 100 golfers, 38 sponsors, 16 committee members and 30 volunteers, Family Health Services raised an estimated $50,000, and of this amount, we are proud to donate $10,000 to local first responders. We also had 37 raffle items gifted by 30 substantial donors, with a total value exceeding $5,700. Your generosity will aid in Family Health Services’ mission to provide quality healthcare services to those in need.
